Shipping Policy

At Your iDeas Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, safely, and reliably. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, costs, and timelines.

1. Order Processing and Cut-off Times

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Calgary, Alberta. Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days (Monday through Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs for Canada and USA

We offer simplified flat-rate shipping and free shipping options to make your shopping experience easier.

Standard Shipping For orders with a total value over $59.00 CAD, standard shipping is FREE. For orders under $59.00 CAD, the standard shipping cost is $13.90 CAD. The estimated transit time for standard shipping is 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $21.90 CAD. The estimated transit time for express shipping is 2–4 business days.

Note that shipping prices are displayed in CAD. For international customers, currency conversion will apply at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates for international destinations outside of Canada and the USA will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and package weight. The estimated transit time for international shipments is 10–15 business days.

4. Duties and Taxes

For shipments within Canada and the USA, additional duties do not usually apply. However, for international shipments, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for your order. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier (UPS or Canada Post) to resolve the issue promptly.
